These Terms of Business set out the basis on which Inner Peace Interiors (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides products and services to our customers (“you”, “your”).

1. Our Services
We design, supply, and install fitted kitchens and bedrooms. Our service may include consultation, planning, design, product supply, installation, and aftercare, depending on what has been agreed with you in writing.
All products are manufactured or supplied to order and are therefore considered bespoke.
2. Quotations and Orders
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
An order is only confirmed when we have received your written approval of the design and a deposit as detailed in your quotation.
Minor changes requested after order confirmation may affect the price and lead time.
3. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm your order.
- A further 70% payment for materials is due one week prior to delivery.
- Fitting costs are payable directly to the installer upon satisfactory completion of installation.
Payments must be made by bank transfer to the account details provided on your invoice.
Late payments may result in delays to production or delivery.
4. Cancellations and Amendments
As our products are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.
If you cancel before this point, any costs incurred (including design time, site visits, or supplier restocking fees) will be deducted from your deposit before any refund is made.
Design revisions after order confirmation may extend lead times and incur additional charges.
5. Delivery and Installation
We will provide an estimated delivery and installation schedule at the time of order.
Typical lead times are 2–3 weeks for supply-only and around 4 weeks for full installation, though this may vary depending on product availability and seasonal demand.
You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the property and readiness of the space for installation.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including supplier shortages, access issues, or third-party contractors.
6. Workmanship and Warranty
All installation work is carried out by trusted professional fitters on our behalf.
We provide a two-year workmanship warranty from the date of completion.
Appliances and materials are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranties.
Any issues identified after installation must be reported promptly.
We will inspect and, where appropriate, arrange repair or replacement of defective work or materials within reasonable timeframes.
7. Aftercare and Goodwill
We aim to maintain long-term relationships with our customers.
We often offer goodwill repairs or adjustments beyond the formal warranty period where reasonable. This is at our discretion and subject to the availability of parts or materials.
8. Products and Materials
Colour, grain, and finish variations are a natural feature of wood and other materials.
Sample finishes and display models are representative but may differ slightly from final products.
We cannot guarantee an exact colour match when replacing items at a later date.
9. Liability
We are not liable for indirect loss, consequential damages, or loss of profit arising from delays, installation issues, or product faults beyond our control.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
10. Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of Inner Peace Interiors until paid for in full.
We reserve the right to recover goods in the event of non-payment.

We handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Your data will only be used for legitimate business purposes related to your project and will not be shared unnecessarily with third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Business are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
